Have players in the triple threat position.

1. Coach walks up to a player and gives him a little push or pull on the shoulder. If the player falls forward or back then they are not balanced.
2. Work with them on establishing a good center of gravity with their head positioned so it is not leaning to one side or to far forward or back.
3. The coach can be either in front or behind the players.
4. Start with smaller force at beginning levels, increasing the force as the players become more balanced and stronger.
