What are good basketball drills to get quicker on my feet?

    If you want to be quick there are so many ways to train your speed. If you want to play more aggressively against taller and stronger player. Speed is the key.
    You can start by skipping. Skipping strengten our calf muscles. That is the way to make yourself faster.
    Jogging is also another way.

    Lift weights. If you build up muscle in your legs, you will get faster. JUMP ROPE. Thats key it helps you get used to quick jumping. Also do sprints where you criss cross your feet while running. And just do regular sprints. maybe take some steriods if your desperate? lol jk

    Dribble the ball up and down the court 30 times as fast as you can
